The Malta Business Network (MBN) is a professional business organisation connecting senior leaders, entrepreneurs, investors, and professionals through high-level networking events, exclusive lunches, international delegations, and thought leadership initiatives across Malta and the UK.
We manage end-to-end coordination, planning, and execution of events and member communications, ensuring every initiative is delivered professionally, efficiently, and in line with the organisation’s brand and tone of voice.
The challenge
MBN hosts a diverse calendar of events involving high-profile speakers, government officials, business leaders, diplomatic stakeholders, and international delegates.
Given the pace and complexity of delivery, MBN required dedicated support to:
- Coordinate event logistics and timelines across multiple stakeholders
- Manage communications with speakers, sponsors, directors, and members
- Develop consistent, professional event communications aligned with the MBN brand
- Execute marketing activity across email, web, ticketing, and social platforms
- Ensure smooth operational delivery while maintaining a premium member experience
